SuperPro IS416N In-System (ISP) Gang Programmer

SuperPro IS416N Xeltek Superior In-System Gang Programmer with 16 Channels The SuperPro IS416N is a universal in-system programming (ISP) gang programmer designed for high-volume production, automated test integration, and reliable PCB panel programming. It supports devices across most common serial protocols and can program up to 16 serial devices simultaneously. SuperPro IS416N also supports up to four parallel devices, including eMMC, NAND Flash, and NOR Flash, in-system at the same time. With USB 2.0, network remote control, and stand-alone operation, it is ideal for production environments, engineering labs, field service, and third-party system integration. Applications PCB Panel Programming Designed for programming multiple devices directly on assembled PCB panels. ATE, FCT, ICT Integration Suitable for automated test fixtures, functional test systems, and in-circuit test equipment. High-Volume Production Supports gang programming workflows for manufacturing and production programming stations. Field Service & Repair Useful for firmware updates, repair, and service applications for automotive, HVAC, industrial, and embedded electronics. Key Features Ultra-Fast Programming Speed Semiconductor-manufacturer-approved algorithms, clean signal integrity, and FPGA-based state-machine architecture help deliver high programming yield and fast ISP performance while minimizing overshoot and ground bounce. Up to 16-Channel ISP Gang Programming Supports MCUs, serial Flash, EEPROMs, and high-pin-count parallel devices such as eMMC, NAND Flash, and NOR Flash. Serial devices can be programmed across all 16 channels. Scalable Expansion Up to 16 programmers can be connected to a single PC or operated independently in stand-alone mode for flexible production expansion. Mass Production Mode Automatically starts programming when the target board is detected, enabling hands-free, high-throughput manufacturing workflows using TPIN/TPOUT trigger signals.
